you with a package containing:

Depreciation Schedules

Summary of the characteristics of the suburb in which the
project is located.

List of specifications, floor plans, brochures and any
marketing material available.

Two independent rental appraisals, and a discounted property
management service offer for all Wholesale Property Brokers
sales.

Pricelists at which the properties must be sold - these prices
are always based on sworn bank valuation and cannot be
deviated from. We will, under no circumstances, be
implicated with inflating sale prices to end purchasers.

A Marketing Agreement with Wholesale Property Brokers
outlining terms of sale and commission arrangements.

The preferred time frame for which the project must be sold.

Your organization then markets and sells the properties to
it's client base within the specified time period.

Wholesale Property Brokers pays you any commissions owing
at each specific stage of the sale.
